Global brand customers have also placed orders with us. The Hybrid Gas-Insulated Switchgear is developed for wind turbine transmission networks and can replace load break switches. It is used to open and close load current, overload current, and short-circuit current. It also provides transformer overload protection and equipment phase-loss protection.

A circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch, current transformer, live display sensor, and overvoltage protector are integrated into one unit. This integrated structure keeps the system compact while reducing the number of separate components. The structure is simple and reliable, helping reduce potential fault points and allowing maintenance-free operation. Production can follow customer drawings or samples. A trial order can start from one piece, and different models can be included in the same order.

This Hybrid Gas-Insulated Switchgear complies with GB1984 AC High Voltage Circuit Breakers, GB1985 High Voltage AC Disconnectors and Earthing Switches, GB/T11022 Common Specifications for High Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear, and other applicable requirements. Rated voltage is 40.5kV, and rated frequency is 50Hz. Rated current is available at 630A and 1250A. Rated short-circuit breaking current is 25kA and 31.5kA. Rated short-circuit making current and rated peak withstand current are both available at 63kA and 80kA. Rated short-time withstand current and duration are 25/4kA/s and 31.5/4kA/s.

Rated capacitor bank closing inrush current is 12.5kA. The frequency is no more than 1,000Hz. Mechanical life is 20,000 operations. The rated operating sequence is open-0.3s-close-open-180s-close-open. Contact gap is 17~19mm. Closing time is 30~70ms, and opening time is 20~50ms. Three-phase opening and closing non-simultaneity is no more than 2ms. Overtravel is 4±1mm, and contact closing bounce time is no more than 3ms. Average opening speed is 1.2~2.0m/s, while average closing speed is 0.6~1.3m/s. Contact bounce amplitude remains as specified in the original technical data. Allowable contact wear is 3mm, and main circuit resistance is no more than 180μΩ.

Wind power networks require the switchgear to match the actual project conditions. The Hybrid Gas-Insulated Switchgear can be selected according to the turbine type, transmission network arrangement, and protection requirements. Please provide these details before production so we can confirm the suitable configuration. OEM and ODM orders are supported, and production can follow customer drawings.

Third-party inspection is welcome, and every unit undergoes a complete test before shipment. The product carries a one-year warranty. Lead time depends on the order quantity and model combination.
