The Indoor Vacuum VCB belongs to the VZG-12GD series and is designed for stable electrical and mechanical performance. The operating mechanism provides stable operation and long service life. The main circuit uses solid-sealed poles, improving environmental adaptability and insulation reliability. This Indoor Vacuum VCB uses complete mechanical and electrical interlocks to keep operation stable and protect both operators and equipment. Solid-sealed pole technology is used as a key part of the structure. The modular frame integrates the disconnector, solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker, earthing switch, sensors, interlock mechanism, and operating mechanism into one unit. This provides a compact high-voltage structure with a matching cabinet size of 450×1000×1800mm.

The rotary disconnector provides a visible isolation gap after opening. Forced mechanical interlocks are fitted between the disconnector, breaker, and earthing switch to prevent incorrect operation. The breaker uses a modular operating mechanism that can be replaced or serviced separately, while maintaining good interchangeability. Manual operation is available, and AC or DC energy storage can be used for remote control.

The cabinet door and earthing switch use a reliable interlock structure for safe operation. Rated voltage is 12kV, with rated currents of 630A and 1250A. Rated short-circuit breaking current is available at 20, 25, and 31.5kA. Mechanical life is 3,000 operations for the disconnector, 10,000 operations for the breaker, and 3,000 operations for the earthing switch. Contact gap is 9±1mm, with an overtravel of 3.5±1mm. Opening time is no more than 40ms, and closing time is no more than 60ms.

Safety depends on reliable interlocks, so each operating function is tested before shipment. Opening and closing actions are checked separately, and earthing switch operation is also tested. Units are shipped only after the required tests are completed. Test data can be provided on request, and third-party inspection is welcome. Every unit undergoes a final inspection before packing. The product carries a one-year warranty.
