An on-site research team supports product development. The Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker Switch operates in three-phase AC 50Hz, 40.5kV power systems. It is used in industrial plants, power plants, and substations for switching load current, overload current, and short-circuit current. It is also suitable for sites requiring frequent switching.
Normal operating conditions allow an air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The maximum operating altitude is 2,000 meters, and wind speed should not exceed 35m/s. Relative humidity should not exceed 95%. The equipment can operate at a seismic intensity of 8 degrees, with ground horizontal acceleration of 1/4g and vertical acceleration of 1/8g. The safety factor is 1.7. The pollution level is Class III, and the allowable ice coating thickness is 10mm.
The system neutral grounding method can be neutral ungrounded, grounded through an arc suppression coil, or grounded through low resistance. We can produce according to customer specifications, with no minimum batch requirement.

The rated power-frequency withstand voltage is 95kV for 1 minute, and the rated lightning impulse withstand voltage is 185kV peak. Rated frequency is 50Hz. Rated current is available at 1250A, 1600A, and 2000A. Rated short-time withstand current is available at 25kA and 31.5kA. Rated peak withstand current is 63kA and 80kA. Rated short-circuit duration is 4s. Rated short-circuit breaking current is 25kA and 31.5kA, while rated short-circuit making current is 63kA and 80kA.
The rated operating sequence is 0-0.3s-CO-180s-CO. Breaking time is less than 80ms. Rated short-circuit breaking current breaking operations are 20. Single capacitor bank breaking current is 630A, and back-to-back capacitor bank breaking current is 400A. Rated operating voltage is available at -110/-110V and -220/-220V. Mechanical life is 10,000 operations.
The unit uses a handcart structure and matches the corresponding handcart cabinets. It is suitable for frequent switching and operation under demanding conditions. It can be used in distribution systems for industrial plants, power plants, and substations.

A wide temperature range helps with site selection, but special operating conditions still need to be confirmed in advance. The Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker Switch can operate at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and at altitudes up to 2,000 meters. It can also be used under seismic conditions up to 8 degrees.
