Juhui Power Equipment Co., Ltd. manufactures indoor high voltage disconnectors and matching operating mechanisms. The factory is located in Yueqing, Zhejiang, and covers 1,500 square meters. A research team works on site. The product is available as model GN19-12. It is used in high voltage switchgear for 12kV AC 50Hz and below power systems. It matches the CS6-1 manual operating mechanism. Models with a panel have a built-in linked operating mechanism. The disconnector opens and closes circuits under voltage without load. Derived versions include anti-pollution, high-altitude, and live display types.

The product uses a three-pole structure consisting of a base frame, rotating shaft, levers, porcelain post insulators, knife blades, and terminal boards. The rotating shaft is mounted on the base frame, with three pairs of levers welded to it. The levers connect to the knife blades through pull-rod porcelain insulators. Either end of the rotating shaft can be connected to an external operating mechanism. Type C is the through-wall type. C1 operates from the through-wall side, C2 breaks from the through-wall side, and C3 has both operating sides arranged through the wall. No minimum order quantity is required.

This Indoor High Voltage Disconnector is suitable for the following normal working conditions. The ambient temperature range is -40°C to +30°C. For special applications, the lower temperature limit can reach -45°C. Available altitude ratings are 1,000m, 2,000m, and 3,000m. Wind pressure is no more than 700Pa, corresponding to a wind speed of 34m/s. The pollution level is no higher than Class IV. The installation site should not be subject to frequent strong vibration. Seismic intensity is no more than 8 degrees.

The rated voltage is 12kV, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. The 1-minute power frequency withstand voltage, phase-to-ground / across the open gap, is 42/48kV. The lightning impulse withstand voltage, phase-to-ground / across the open gap, is 75/85kV. Rated current is available in 400A, 630A, 1,000A, and 1,250A. Rated short-time withstand current and rated peak withstand current meet the specified requirements. The rated short-time withstand current duration for the main blade / earth blade is 4/2s. Creepage distance is 300–380mm, and mechanical life is 2,000 operations.

The Indoor High Voltage Disconnector is used to open and close circuits under voltage without load. It can be installed as part of high voltage switchgear or used as a standalone unit. It is also available in versions for anti-pollution, high-altitude, and live display applications.

The available versions cover different site conditions. The anti-pollution type is suitable for areas with higher pollution levels.
