The Indoor Air Load Break Switch is available in the FKN12-12D and FKRN12-12D series and is used in distribution equipment for the control and protection of transformers, cables, overhead lines, and other power equipment. It is suitable for terminal substations and box substations in urban and rural power grids. It can also be used in ring main and double-radiation supply units for control and protection. Customers can provide drawings or samples, and we can manufacture according to their designs. The MOQ is 1 unit or 1 set, and different models can be mixed in one order.

The Indoor Air Load Break Switch is available in two models: FKN12-12D and FKRN12-12D. Both have a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. The rated current is 630A for FKN12-12D and 1250A for FKRN12-12D. The lightning impulse withstand voltage is 75kV between phase-to-ground and phase-to-phase, and 85kV across the isolation gap. The 1-minute power frequency withstand voltage is 42kV between phase-to-ground and phase-to-phase, and 48kV across the isolation gap. The rated short-time withstand current for the load break switch and earthing switch is 20kA, with a rated short-circuit duration of 4s/2s respectively. The rated short-circuit making current peak is 50kA. Rated breaking current includes active load breaking current, closed-loop breaking current, 5% active load breaking current, cable charging current, and no-load transformer breaking capacity. The rated short-circuit breaking current is 31.5kA and is provided by a current-limiting fuse. The rated transfer current is 1,200A. The mechanical life is 2,000 operations, and the striker output energy is 1+105J. The unit is suitable for ring main and double-radiation supply units, as well as box substations and terminal substations in urban and rural power grids.

The Indoor Air Load Break Switch can also be configured as a fuse combined apparatus. For this configuration, the fuse model, transfer current, and protection matching requirements should be confirmed during selection. We can assist with product selection based on the application requirements. Customers can provide drawings for customized production. Third-party inspection is accepted, and 100% inspection is carried out before packing. The warranty period is one year. Lead time depends on the order volume.
