The operating mechanism and breaker body use an integrated structure. The unit can be installed as a fixed type or equipped with a special propulsion mechanism for handcart installation. The rated lightning impulse withstand voltage peak is 125 / 145kV for phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground / across the gap. The rated frequency is 50Hz, and the rated short-circuit duration is 4s. The secondary circuit power frequency withstand voltage for 1 minute is 200V. The unit also has requirements for capacitor bank breaking and closing inrush current. The mechanical life is 20,000 operations, with 20,000 rated-current breaking operations and 50 rated short-circuit current breaking operations. The total allowable wear of the moving and fixed contacts is 3mm. The energy storage time is no more than 10s. The contact gap is 16±1mm, and the overtravel is 3.5±0.5mm. The contact closing bounce time is no more than 2ms, and the three-phase opening and closing non-simultaneity is no more than 2ms. The average opening speed is 1.5±0.2m/s, while the average closing speed is 0.8±0.2m/s. The main conductive circuit resistance is also subject to specified requirements. The rated operating sequence is open-0.3s-close-open-180s-close-open.
