Two specifications are available: HBGS2-12GD/630-25 and HBGS2-12GD/1250-31.5. The product integrates a vacuum circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch, and sensors in a side-mounted structure. The matching cabinet size is 450×1000×1800mm. It can be matched with XGN2, XGN66, and other traditional high-voltage fixed switchgear. In conventional cabinets, the disconnector, vacuum circuit breaker, earthing switch, and sensors are installed separately, making mechanical interlock adjustment more complex and time-consuming and requiring skilled workers. This product integrates isolation, circuit breaking, and earthing into one unit, simplifying installation and improving overall system integration. Customers can provide drawings or samples, and we can manufacture according to their designs. The MOQ is 1 unit or 1 set.

The Indoor Three Position Vacuum Circuit Breaker has defined normal operating conditions. The ambient temperature ranges from -25°C to +40°C. The daily average relative humidity is no more than 95%, and the monthly average is no more than 90%. The applicable altitude is below 1,000 meters, and the seismic intensity is below 8 degrees. The installation site should be free from explosion risks, corrosive chemical media, and strong vibration. The disconnector, circuit breaker, and earthing switch are integrated into one unit, reducing the space required for cabinet installation and the time needed for interlock adjustment. The side-mounted structure is suitable for compact cabinets and can simplify installation when matched with traditional fixed switchgear. It also provides a more integrated configuration and makes operation and maintenance easier. The unit is suitable for medium-voltage grid distribution sites and industrial power systems, including applications requiring frequent operation and repeated short-circuit interruption. The Indoor Three Position Vacuum Circuit Breaker can be installed in matching XGN2 or XGN66 cabinets. Before installation, confirm the cabinet dimensions and the side-mounted installation position. Then connect the secondary wiring and adjust the interlock components according to the manual. After adjustment, carry out the required opening, closing, and interlock operation tests. We support OEM and ODM production and accept customer drawings or samples for customized manufacturing. Third-party inspection is accepted, and 100% inspection is carried out before packing. The warranty period is one year.
