The Outdoor High Voltage Disconnector is model GW9-10 and is used in three-phase line systems as a single-pole disconnector. Its structure is simple and economical, with a single-break vertical-opening design. The single-pole disconnector is mounted on a base through post insulators and consists of a base, post insulators, a main conductive circuit, and a self-locking device. The knife blade structure opens and closes the line. Each phase knife blade consists of two conductive blades, with compression springs installed on both sides. The spring height can be adjusted to achieve the required blade contact pressure. The switch is operated through an insulating hook rod mechanism. The knife blade has its own self-locking device. During opening, the insulating hook rod engages with the switch lock and pulls in the opening direction, releasing the self-locking device and driving the conductive blade to rotate to the open position. During closing, the insulating hook rod pushes the lock and drives the shaft to rotate, moving the conductive blade to the closed position, where the self-locking device locks it in place. The disconnector can be mounted on a post, wall, beam, or metal frame, with vertical or inclined installation supported. Installation must ensure that the blade opens downward. The rated insulation level for the 1-minute power frequency withstand voltage, phase-to-ground, is 40/40kV, while the value across the gap is 47/47kV. The lightning impulse withstand voltage peak, phase-to-ground, is 105kV, and the value across the gap is 120kV. The rated frequency is 50Hz. Rated current options are 200A, 400A, 630A, and 1250A. The 4-second thermal withstand current effective value is 6.3kA, 12.5kA, 20kA, and 31.5kA. The dynamic withstand current peak is 16kA, 31.5kA, 50kA, and 80kA. The creepage distance is 300/380mm, and the mechanical life is 2,000 operations. The unit is suitable for three-phase line systems and sites requiring a single-pole disconnector.
