The entire unit uses hot-dip galvanized steel parts for corrosion protection. Rotating components use stainless steel parts, while fasteners below M8 are made of stainless steel. Other steel parts use hot-dip galvanizing. The conductive part uses a flexible steel-pipe connection, with a paired self-reliant contact finger in the middle. The spring is installed outside the contact finger, leaving only one contact point in the middle, while the rest of the flexible connection is fixed. The new contact structure has one end of the contact piece fixed to the base, with contact pressure generated by the deformation of the contact piece and spring force. The sliding contact is changed to a fixed contact, improving conduction reliability. The external spring design of the contact finger avoids current sharing through the spring. A magnetic locking plate is added to improve thermal stability. The rotating part uses a self-lubricating sleeve and is maintenance-free. The main terminal board is a flat type. Conductive parts for 630A models are tin-plated, while those for 1250A–4000A models are silver-plated. Porcelain parts and lower caps are hot-dip galvanized for rust protection. Different creepage-distance porcelain parts can be selected according to the pollution level. The post insulators use a high-strength material formula with a reserved strength margin for reliable operation. The MOQ is 1 unit or 1 set.

The Outdoor High Voltage Disconnect Switch is available in complete sets for different voltage classes. The 35kV complete set consists of a GW4-40.5(D)(W) main body, CS11/CS8-6D manual operating mechanism, and drive components, with a CJ6 electric operating mechanism available as an option. The 110kV complete set consists of a GW4-126(D)(W) main body, CS14G manual operating mechanism, and drive components, with a CJ6 electric operating mechanism also available as an option. It is a double-column horizontal-opening disconnector in a single-pole configuration. When three poles operate together, connecting rods link the three poles. Each pole consists of a base, post insulators, a line outlet seat, and contacts. Two post insulators are mounted in parallel on bearings at both ends of the base and are positioned vertically to the base. The main conductive parts are installed on top of the insulators. The insulators rotate approximately 90° to open and close the disconnector. The bearing seat contains a built-in shaft assembly. Two shaft assemblies are connected through a connecting plate and an adjusting screw for coordinated movement. The line outlet seat uses a copper-braided flexible connection to connect the conductive rod and terminal board. The middle contact uses a paired self-reliant turning contact finger, which reduces wear during opening and closing and extends service life. Models with an earthing switch use an electrical interlock: when the main circuit is closed, the earthing switch cannot be closed, and when the earthing switch is closed, the main circuit cannot be closed. With the CS8-6D mechanism, a mechanism interlock plate provides mechanical interlocking. The product uses a double-column center-opening and turning-contact structure with a self-cleaning contact action. The contact finger uses a high-strength, high-conductivity, high-elasticity material and clamps the contact through its own spring force. This helps prevent increased contact resistance and contact overheating caused by spring rust or thermal annealing. The rotating part is maintenance-free, with a sealed rotating seat that keeps moisture and dust out. It uses a stainless steel shaft and an oil-free self-lubricating bearing. Steel parts are hot-dip galvanized as a whole. The operating torque remains stable during long-term operation, with smooth and flexible movement and reliable corrosion protection.
