Daily Routine Inspections (Daily/Per Shift)
Appearance and Environment Check: Clean dust and oil from the surfaces of insulators and arc-extinguishing chambers; inspect the housing and insulating components for cracks or tracking marks; maintain cabinet humidity below 70% (activate the heating/dehumidification unit if levels are exceeded).
Status Verification: Confirm that mechanical indicators for opening/closing are fully synchronized with electrical signals in the control system; verify that the energy-storage motor completes charging within ≤15 seconds; ensure there are no abnormal noises or odors.
Connection Point Temperature Check: Use an infrared thermometer to monitor main circuit terminals; if the temperature difference exceeds 5K, immediately investigate the cause of heating to prevent overheating due to poor contact.
Monthly/Quarterly Routine Maintenance
Insulation Performance Verification: Test main circuit insulation resistance using a 2500V megohmmeter; ensure phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground insulation values are ≥2000 MΩ, and the insulating pull rod-to-ground value is ≥1000 MΩ.
Mechanism Lubrication and Fastening: Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to friction points such as transmission linkages, bearings, and spring mechanism cams (do not use standard general-purpose grease, as it may solidify at low temperatures and cause operational failure); use a torque wrench to tighten all fasteners and prevent loosening.
Contact Wear Monitoring: Measure the contact overtravel; adjust promptly if overtravel falls below 1.5mm; mark for replacement if more than one-third of the silver plating on the contacts has worn away.
