The product is model DFW and is widely used in cable engineering equipment for power distribution networks. Its main feature is double-sided door opening. It uses docking bushings as the connecting busbar, providing a short overall length, clear cable arrangement, and no long-span crossing for three-core cables. The cable joints comply with the DIN47636 standard and usually use 630A bolt-fixed connections. Under normal working conditions, the upper ambient temperature is +40°C and the lower limit is -30°C. The wind speed is 34m/s, corresponding to a wind pressure of no more than 700Pa. The daily average relative humidity is no more than 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity is no more than 95%. Horizontal seismic acceleration is no more than 0.4m/s², while vertical acceleration is no more than 0.15m/s². The installation site inclination is no more than 3°. The surrounding air should be free from obvious pollution caused by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, and similar substances. The installation site should also be free from strong vibration. The Cable Branch Box uses an outdoor design with a fully sealed and fully insulated structure, providing dust resistance, moisture resistance, flood resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong environmental adaptability. The DFW-12 series has a cabinet protection rating of IP33. The cable joint bracket is made of stainless steel, while the enclosure uses stainless steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate with a spray coating. The cable joint bracket is installed at the top of the branch box to support the bushings, which secure the cable joints. If an arrester is included, it is installed at the end of the cable joint. A short-circuit fault indicator and live display are also installed inside the branch box. All live main-circuit parts inside the box use prefabricated plug-in cable terminal insulation. The cable compartment is located in the lower part of the box and includes cable fixing clamps and a grounding terminal. The internal layout is compact and well arranged, with a neat appearance and straightforward installation. The unit is designed for cable engineering in power distribution networks and is also suitable for sites requiring cable branching.
