It is also suitable for applications requiring frequent operation. The operating mechanism and main body use an integrated structure. The unit can be installed as a fixed type or equipped with a special propulsion mechanism for handcart installation. The main circuit can use a solid-sealed pole, providing a compact structure, reliable operation, and reduced maintenance requirements. It is suitable for KYN28A-12 center-mounted handcart cabinets. The fixed version can be matched with XGN series fixed ring main units and Cabinet 61. Customers can provide drawings or samples, and we can manufacture according to their designs. The Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker uses a front-and-rear arrangement of the vacuum interrupter and operating mechanism, with an integrated transmission structure. The mechanical life reaches 20,000 operations. A center-sealed ceramic vacuum interrupter is used, with copper-chromium contacts and an axial magnetic field contact structure for effective arc extinction. The insulating cylinder is formed by APG molding, with built-in skirts and ribs to improve insulation and mechanical stability. The vacuum interrupter is sealed inside the cylinder to help keep out foreign matter and contaminants, while the integrated structure keeps the overall size compact. The operating mechanism uses spring energy storage and supports both electric and manual charging. The storage spring drives the contacts through a cam linkage, and a buffer device helps reduce impact and vibration during opening. The unit requires no commissioning and only limited maintenance during normal use. The applicable ambient temperature is up to +40°C, with a 24-hour average of no more than 35°C and a lower limit of -30°C. The standard operating altitude is below 2,000 meters, while versions for altitudes up to 4,000 meters can be customized. Requirements for humidity, vibration, and electromagnetic interference can also be addressed according to the installation conditions.

For new projects, we support OEM and ODM production and accept customer drawings or prototypes. Sample development takes about one month, and samples are not provided free of charge. After sample approval, bulk production can be arranged. Different models can also be mixed in one order. The Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker undergoes 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted. The warranty period is one year.
