Housing and Enclosure Materials
Mainstream models utilize stainless steel or rust-proofed steel, while some models employ aluminum alloy; these materials offer excellent corrosion and salt-spray resistance, making them suitable for complex outdoor environments.
The enclosure undergoes specialized anti-rust treatment, ensuring long-term rust-free appearance for some products, with protection ratings reaching up to IP64.

Insulation System Materials
Core insulating components, such as insulating pillars and pole assemblies, feature a composite structure of epoxy resin and silicone rubber; specific outdoor-grade epoxy resins are used to provide UV and aging resistance.
SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) is used for phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground insulation, offering a dielectric strength exceeding 20 kV, flame retardancy, and moisture resistance-ideal for outdoor environments prone to pollution.

Vacuum Interrupter Materials
The housing is made of ceramic, sealed via a metallization process to maintain a high internal vacuum level.
The core material for the internal moving and fixed contacts is copper-chromium alloy, balancing high electrical conductivity with resistance to arc erosion; some arcing contacts utilize silver-tungsten or copper-tungsten alloys to further enhance arc resistance.
