Modular Integrated Structure
Integrated Functional Components: Key components-such as the circuit breaker, voltage transformer, or isolating contacts, along with their operating mechanisms, primary moving contact arms, and secondary control circuits-are integrated onto a rigid metal chassis to form an independent functional unit. Different types of units are designed to perform specific functions such as switching, voltage measurement, or electrical isolation.
Standardized Chassis Design: A high-strength metal frame serves as the load-bearing base. The front panel integrates operational interfaces-including open/close indicators, the operating handle socket, and secondary control sockets-into a compact structure designed to slide along rails within the switchgear cabinet.

Three-Position Precision Positioning Structure
Service Position: The unit is fully inserted into the cabinet; primary moving contacts are securely engaged with the cabinet's stationary contacts, and secondary circuits are connected, placing the equipment in a normal operating state.
Test Position: The unit is partially withdrawn; the primary circuit is fully disconnected while the secondary control circuit remains connected. This allows for operational testing (such as circuit breaker opening and closing) without exposing personnel to live parts.
Maintenance Position: The unit is fully withdrawn from the cabinet; both primary and secondary circuits are disconnected, allowing the unit to be transferred to a dedicated trolley for off-line maintenance and servicing.

Highly Reliable Conduction and Isolation Structure
Spring-Loaded Contact System:The primary moving contacts utilize a spring-loaded contact design. This ensures uniform and stable contact pressure when engaged with stationary contacts, enabling the handling of high rated currents and preventing overheating faults caused by poor contact.
Integrated Shutter Isolation Design: An automatic shutter mechanism is installed on the rear wall of the unit compartment. The shutters automatically close to shield live stationary contacts when the unit is withdrawn and open synchronously when the unit is inserted, effectively preventing accidental contact with live parts throughout the process.
