Maintenance Schedule
Daily Inspection:Once a week for equipment operating stably indoors; increase frequency to once every two days in humid or stormy weather, or immediately following a major overhaul.
Monthly Inspection: Focus on verifying the status of the live-line indicator, open/close status lamps, and interlocking mechanisms.
Quarterly Maintenance: Perform a complete mechanical operation and linkage test; clean surface dust.
Annual In-depth Maintenance: Complete disassembly and cleaning, component calibration, and performance testing; shorten the interval if the equipment operates in harsh environments.
Key Maintenance Points for Core Components
Contact and Contact Arm System
Clean oxide layers from the surfaces of moving and fixed contacts; apply a thin layer of conductive grease; inspect spring contact fingers for deformation or damage.
Ensure contact arm insulation sleeves are free of cracks and dirt accumulation; verify insulation resistance meets standards.
Operating and Linkage Mechanisms
Remove panels to inspect all fasteners for looseness or corrosion; apply specialized grease to rotating parts.
Verify the clearance between the closing interlock rod and the blocking rod is maintained at 2 ± 1 mm; ensure the clearance between the roller and the blocking frame is ≤ 0.5 mm after closing to guarantee reliable mechanical interlocking.
Chassis Travel Mechanism
Clean rails and rollers; remove debris causing obstructions; lubricate travel bearings.
Test the racking-in process from the "Test" position to the "Service" position to ensure smooth movement without binding; verify the locking mechanism engages reliably upon reaching the target position.
