It mainly protects voltage transformers, transformers, and other loads from short circuits. The fuse provides short circuit protection and blows quickly when a short circuit occurs, helping protect downstream equipment.

The pull-out handcart structure makes fuse tube replacement, service, and testing easier. The handcart chassis and secondary plug are fully interchangeable with those of the breaker handcart in the same cabinet. A complete five-prevention mechanical interlock prevents live withdrawal and incorrect operation. An epoxy contact box provides reliable insulation while keeping the structure compact. Production can follow customer specifications. A single piece is enough to start, and different models can be included in one order.

This Fuse Handcart is available in three voltage classes: 12kV (10kV system), 24kV, and 40.5kV. Rated voltages are 12kV, 24kV, and 40.5kV, with a rated frequency of 50Hz for all models. The 1-minute power frequency withstand voltage for phase-to-ground is 42kV, 65kV, and 95kV. Peak lightning impulse withstand voltage is 75kV, 125kV, and 185kV.

High voltage fuse rated current options are 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 3.15A, 6.3A, 10A, 16A, and 20A. Rated breaking current is 50kA, 50kA, and 31.5kA. Matching switchgear includes KYN28A-12, KYN28A-24, and KYN61-40.5. The handcart uses a manual screw mechanism for roll-in and roll-out operation. The interlock is a five-prevention mechanical interlock, and the handcart cannot be pulled out while live.

The main function is to protect PTs and small dry-type transformers through the high voltage current-limiting fuse. It is suitable for distribution sites that require short circuit protection and for switchgear requiring fuse protection.
