Mainstream withdrawable truck models for the 10kV class
Circuit breaker truck: The core model is VS1-12 (ZN63A-12), designed for KYN28A-12 metal-clad switchgear. It features a rated current of 630–4000A and a short-circuit breaking current of 25–40kA, making it the most widely used truck model in 10kV power distribution systems.
Auxiliary functional trucks: These include PT-12 voltage transformer trucks, RDQ/GL-12 isolation trucks, fuse trucks, metering trucks, JDC-12 grounding trucks, and simple voltage-testing trucks. They typically have rated currents of 630–1250A and are compatible with the same series of metal-clad switchgear.

Mainstream withdrawable truck models for the 24kV class
The core model is VS1-24 (ZN63A-24), designed for 24kV indoor distribution applications. It features a rated current of 630–4000A and a short-circuit breaking current of 25–40kA. It utilizes an embedded pole insulation design, making it suitable for high-altitude and high-pollution operating environments.

Mainstream withdrawable truck models for the 35kV class
Vacuum circuit breaker trucks:ZN23-40.5 and ZN85-40.5, designed for KYN61-40.5 switchgear. They feature rated currents of 630–4000A and a short-circuit breaking current of 31.5kA, utilizing an independent epoxy resin insulation cylinder structure.
SF6 circuit breaker trucks:LN2-40.5and SFM-40.5, designed for GBC-40.5 and JYN1-40.5 switchgear types. They feature rated currents of 630–2500A and short-circuit breaking currents of 25–31.5kA. With an annual gas leakage rate of ≤1%, they are suitable for applications involving frequent operation of capacitor banks. It accommodates functional units such as isolation trucks, PT trucks, and fuse trucks of the same voltage rating, achieving full functional coverage within the 35kV switchgear.
