It is an improved version of the ZW20-12F pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker. The box uses Toshiba VSP5 gas sealing, explosion-proof, and insulation structure technology from Japan. The incoming and outgoing conduits provide improved sealing, helping maintain gas tightness and reduce the risk of SF6 leakage. The sealed structure also reduces the effect of outdoor conditions on internal components. The spring operating mechanism has a more compact structure and improved reliability. A direct-acting chain main drive is combined with a multi-stage tripping system for stable operation. The main loop shaft sleeve uses an inward-contracting and outward-expanding chain structure, which helps reduce loop resistance and temperature rise. The unit is a maintenance-free pole-mounted circuit breaker. Customers can provide drawings or samples, and we can manufacture according to their designs. The MOQ is 1 unit or 1 set.

The Outdoor HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker is designed for 10kV power systems and switches load current and short-circuit current for protection. It is suitable for substations, industrial power systems, and grid applications that require frequent operation. With a controller, it can also function as a recloser for distribution automation. Compared with the ZW20-12F, the ZW20-12FT adds overcurrent protection and a spring energy storage indicator. It also uses an aviation socket for secondary wiring, making connection to a smart controller more convenient. SF6 gas provides insulation, while the box sealing and explosion-proof structure help maintain performance in outdoor conditions. The unit is suitable for pole-mounted outdoor installation and lines that require frequent operation. Before shipment, the Outdoor HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker undergoes sealing checks to verify the integrity of the gas-tight structure and to check for SF6 gas leakage. Products are shipped only after the required tests are passed. We accept third-party inspection and carry out 100% inspection before packing. If goods are damaged during delivery, we can arrange replacement or after-sales service according to the situation. The warranty period is one year.
