It uses vacuum arc extinction and is available with either a permanent magnetic actuator or a spring mechanism. The unit combines microcomputer technology, modern network communication, and new switch materials. It is rated at 12kV, three-phase AC, 50Hz, and is suitable for city grid switching and tie switches, rural grid distribution, and feeder switches for outdoor substations. It can also replace older reclosers and handle load and short-circuit currents. Customers can provide drawings or samples, and we can manufacture according to their designs. The MOQ is 1 unit or 1 set, and different models can be mixed in the same order.

The Outdoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker is suitable for a wide range of outdoor operating conditions. The ambient temperature can range from -40°C to +55°C, with a daily temperature difference of 25K. The installation altitude is below 2,000 meters, and the applicable wind speed is below 35 m/s. The pollution grade is Class IV. The installation site must be free from flammable or explosive materials and chemical corrosion risks. The applicable seismic intensity is below 8 degrees. The contact gap is 9±1mm, with a contact overtravel of 2mm. Opening speed is 1±0.2m/s, while closing speed is 0.6±0.2m/s. Contact closing bounce time is no more than 2ms. The phase center distance is 340±1.5mm, and the three-phase opening and closing non-simultaneity is no more than 2ms. The conductive loop resistance of each phase is below 80μΩ, excluding the knife switch and CT. Closing time is 30 to 80ms, and opening time is 23 to 45ms. The unit weighs approximately 105kg. These specifications support stable operation in outdoor distribution systems.

Once an order is placed, production progress can be tracked through photos or videos provided during manufacturing. Our monthly production capacity is 1,200 units. Lead time for standard products depends on the order volume and will be confirmed after order details are discussed. For customized products, lead time depends on the design and requirements. Payment terms are negotiable. Standard orders generally use a 30% deposit with the remaining 70% paid before delivery, while custom products use a 50% deposit and 50% balance. Products are packed in cartons or wooden cases according to their packaging requirements. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms.
